At the top of the stationary, which reads "Rome Judicial Circuit," appears Moses' name above the printed title of "Solicitor General." Probably addressed to Judge W. M. Henry, whose name appears across from Moses' above the printed title "Judge." This seems to be a legal document pertaining to the will of the deceased Miller A. Wright.

The 6th corps will act as reserve troops for the army, and will "go where it is most needed." Is within 10 miles of Bull Run. Thinks there might be another battle there soon.
