Agrees with him about selling lands and claims he is "expecting some plan from Mr. Duer for that object." Says that Duer will send him the provisional agreement to sell the lands to Madame de la Val and Mr. de la Roche. Mentions it is very important to get them to travel from New York to Boston in order to see the lands "and make the establishment before the Winter sets in."
