Title: Address to Queen Anne of England [rough draft]
The Lieutenant Governor, Council, and General Assembly of New York address the Queen to acquaint her with the preparations they have made for the expedition to reduce Canada; and also to inform her of any necessary repairs and assistance. They state that the construction of ships, forts, and store houses began immediately and with great success.
