Order states that the sheriff is commanded to attach the goods or estate of Giles Dulake Tidmarsh and Samuell Appleton. Asks that Tidmarsh, if he is in Suffolk County, be apprehended and brought before the Court of Common Pleas. Tidmarsh and Appleton owe money to James Bowdoin of Boston, from a deal made 21 June 1728. Appoints his wife and friends Augustus Van Cortland and George Baines as executors, who would have the power to remove the children from their mother if they deemed it necessary. States that Hquath, Cuba, Cyman, Jack and Yorick, people enslaved by Roper Dawson would continue to be enslaved by each of his children and wife.
