The transaction has been taking longer than expected. The firm of Wright & Gill are also involved in this unpaid debt. and they are frustrated with Mrs. Harwood's lack of cooperation. The second is the fact that one of the relatives now appears unwilling to sell their portion of the estate. However, believes there are ways to rectify these difficulties.
