The speech was meant to be delivered on November 22, 1963 which was the day of his assassination in Dallas, Texas. Text of speech refers to economic equalities; increasing nuclear power to use against Communist-ruled countries: Vietnam, China, Korea, India, Pakistan, Thailand, Greece, Turkey and Iran; and an overhaul of exposing United States to Latin America through broadcasting the Voice of America.
