The first portion of the document contains a numbered list of land lots. The second portion of the document, written in the same hand as the first, is labeled "Notes by Samuel Winslow Esqr. Septemr 1797." Contains a variety of notes pertaining to the lots. Several notes are added in the same hand and dated as late as 1799.

Comments on her garden. Discusses her plans to go to Flandreau, Dakota, in the fall to sell the acre of land her sister gave her there.
