Copy of original orders. States the privateer sloop Congress is ready for sea. Orders Greenway to make prizes of any British ships except those from the islands of Bermuda and Providence. Supplies information on where to cruise and advises Greenway to use his own judgment. Specifies that any captured vessels should be brought to port and gives details on where to bring them according to size and value of the captured ship.
