But since Knox has shown interest in selling them, Rivington will furnish him with such pamphlets. Rivington was a bookseller, printer, and journalist who came to America in 1760. Robert Fowle worked as a printer and publisher in Portsmouth and Exeter, New Hampshire until 1777.
