Concerns the cession of all Winnebago lands, particularly the tract known as the "Neutral Ground," their removal, and the remuneration they will receive. Authorized by President James K. Polk. Treaty arranged by Albion K. Parris, John J. Albert, T.P. Andrews, Commissioners on the part of the United States, and the Winnebago leaders on 13 October 1846 (and ratified on 1 February 1847).
