Title: Statement that Robert Livingston should be reimbursed for costs incurred during Leisler's Rebellion
Johannes Cuyler states that during the time of Leisler's Rebellion, the city of Albany was desperately short of funds. Consequently, Robert Livingston resorted to using his private funds to supply and manage the city and its soldiers during the rebellion. Cuyler attests to Robert Livingston's sacrifice, and asks that the British government reimburse him for this great expense.
