Advises Knox to allow his notes to "take their chance in the Bank... for to sell them at the present going price (which is very low) would be doing such a great injury to your family that you would forever be unhappy afterwards." Suggests that Knox obtain a loan from New York Bank to pay his bills due in Boston if he cannot obtain back pay he is owed.
