Pardon of Thomas Youell, who had a death sentence. Remits corporal punishment issued against Joseph Cross, Ebenezer Walker, and Edward Saxton, and orders them to return to their companies. Orders Pay Masters to make returns for Hunting Shirts for detachments under marching orders. Specifies changes in commanders. Orders a general court martial convened tomorrow for as many prisoners as can be brought before it. Wayne was the general in command of the United States Army in Greeneville, Ohio.

Harris is charged with fraudulently obtaining money from the public. The orders list the specifications of the charges against him, including repeatedly charging and receiving money from the United States for his pay, rations, and subsistence as an Ensign in the Legion when he knew he was not entitled to it or had already received it. The 5 Nations and River Indians have gathered at Albany to voice their commitment to General Francis Nicholson and the expedition to reduce Canada. They ask the Governor to pardon the French Praying Indians if they decide to help the English, and inquire as to how to dispose of French prisoners. William J. Dodge was convicted in the U.S. District Court of Western New York of making seditious utterances while the U.S. was a war, in violation section 3 of the Espionage Act of 16 May 1918, appeal was denied by the Second Circuit Court of Appeals 13 October 1919 and the Supreme Court denied a petition for a writ of certiorari. Dodge began serving his sentence at the State penitentiary at Baltimore, Maryland on 22 January 1920. Wilson commuted his sentence to expire on 22 November 1920. Countersigned by William L.
