One letter addressed to Floretia Mitchell from Wallace Mitchell dated July 3, 1861. Pertains to being discharged soon. Also included is a rough sketch of a woman by "a Va artist" and a financial document paid by Samuel Andrews to the Sheriff of Spotsylvania County for taxes owed for owning enslaved people.
