One wirephoto released by International News Photos dated October 29, 1956. Shows armed military and civilians walking down a road. The press release attached reports that the revolution is in its seventh day. Imre Nagy, Premier of the reform government, has asked the rebels to lay down their arms and the Soviet troops will withdraw. The response was that the rebels will surrender their arms after the Soviet troops leave. The photo is stamped on the back with International News Photos information. The Wirephoto is blurry and pixilated.

The attached press release reports that the women are residents of Magyarovar, a town in West Hungary, they are praying over the five caskets from the 88 villagers who were shot before the town was taken over by Anti-Communist forces. One poster printed in Hungarian by the Allied Printing Trades Council. The text reads, "Amerika szabadsaga a mi szabadsagunk. Vedelmezzuk meg hat es. Vegyunk Liberty Bond-ot." Poster advertises to purchase liberty bonds. The first line translates, "America's freedom is our freedom."
