Concerning a boy named Billy Heck son of Viola Lutz who sold special evening editions of The Evening News concerning the victory over the Japanese. He sold them on a train from Harrisburg to Altoona, Throughout Altoona and then sold the same papers again on the train ride from Altoona back to Harrisburg as the papers had been left on the train. He made a profit of 11 dollars.
