The back page contains space for filling out an address form to send a copy to someone else. The form has been addressed to "Miss E. Geraldine Williams" (James T. Williams' sister). Seventh page is blank. Eighth contains a small stamp showing a man and woman dancing. All involved with the production appear to be members of the armed forces.
