Informs the Marquis de Yrujo, Spanish Minister to the United States, that Pollock "has claims upon the Spanish administration at Havana, Cuba." Requests that Yrujo make interpositions on Pollock's behalf.

Verso has note signed by James Smith that Dubell returned three of the company's servants that ran away on 24 July 1786. The names of the servants were Patrick Ready, James Bryan, and David Lyon.
