Lists costs associated with regiment led by General William Gansell and General Thomas Gage, accumulated during a 94 day period between December 25, 1764 and March 28, 1765. Lists all members of the regiment, including a chaplain and servants, and notes allowances to widows and "to the Colonel for Cloathing lost by Deserters." Mentions an "Independent Company on Foot" led by Lieutenant Colonal Matthew Pierson, and two more companies commanded by Captain Francis McMillan and Captain Archibald Blane.

These forces joined Major General William Johnson's 1755 unsuccessful attempt to take Crown Point.

A note signed by Livingston below the order states that the payment should be made to Dirck Jansen. A note signed my Jansen on the verso indicates the payment was received on 8 August 1759.

A signed statement attested to by John Worthington below Norris' statement indicates Norris appeared, received an additional bounty, and took the Oath of Fidelity.

Letter written by Major Bloomfield to Colonel Dayton. Begins by saying this is the first time he has been able to write since he was wounded at the Battle of Brandywine in September 1777. Says he lost so much blood that he could not ride to Chester and had to cross the Delaware River at Marcus Hook to avoid being captured. Reports that his wound was not dressed until 52 hours after he received it and that it bled for 23 of those hours. Says wound became inflamed, which caused a violent fever that lasted two weeks.
