Knox introduces James Walker to Benson, a Continental Congressman. Of Walker, writes "He resided in Canada at the commencement of this War, and has suffered severely from his attachment to our cause- he hopes however to derive some consolation from the [justice] of Congress." Asks Benson to support Walker's case, which he will present before Congress.
