Signed by Jonathan Waldo, father of Samuel Waldo. Grants Samuel his "right, share and interests in all that tract of land situate lying and being in the Eastern parts of New England containing by estimation ten leagues from a certain place commonly called and known by the name of Muscongus." Countersigned by David Orrok and Thomas Hubbard, witnesses. Samuel [Chockley] signs a note on page three dated 20 June 1728, in Boston, Massachusetts.
