He discusses another article about a speech in which the Patriarch of the Russian Orthodox Church chided the World Council for not focusing enough on the redemptive aspects of the Gospel. Graham thinks this can be used as ammunition for their concerns about the reports that are coming from Bangkok. He's concerned more Methodists are not involved in the upcoming Lausanne Conference.
