Consists of a collection of various documents relating to Waldo's involvements in the war, particularly an expedition against Cape Breton. Documents includes copied signatures of a number of people, including a Mr. Hutchinson, Sir William Pepperrell, a P. Warren and William Shirley. Noted as a true copy by Shirley, who also signs.

Also mentions that he should have his junior officers collect all of the arms and accoutrements of the discharged soldiers and gives further instructions in regards to the discharged men.
