Reports the receipt of wrappers Shiras sent and to who they would go (including Deloria). States that all packages should be sent through Mr. Hinman, then explains that he has no winter clothes nor money to buy them. Notes two Santees, John Wapaha, and William Hemans (his cousin) will be ordained next spring. Notes that Mrs. Hinman is sick.
