Program for a choral concert of The Norfolk and Western Male Chorus held at the First Baptist Church in Roanoke, Virginia. James T. Williams was the choral director, H. Hamilton Williams was the organist, and LeRoi S. Williams was Guest Soloist. Many of the songs were arranged by "Williams" and "Our Song of Loyalty" (the final song) was written by H. Hamilton Williams.

Williams which, according to the article, stimulated the sale of half a million war bonds in Virginia. "TAAF Crier" on page nine mentions that Mr. and Mrs. James T. Williams had a baby girl. The back page contains space for filling out an address form to send a copy to someone else. The form has been addressed to "Miss E. Geraldine Williams" (James T. Williams' sister).
