He asserts that religion, belief, and faith come from the heart and have nothing to do with the brain or scientific thinking. Written on the back of a signed photo of Wilhelm with his dog.

She says science cannot explain everything, and comments that she needs the conception that there is a more powerful spirit than just her.

Bumpus was said to be the youngest politician ever in the United States.

Cummings has followed this philosophy. He asks that the $200 donation be made to the Actor's Fund of America.
