Title: [Meeting of the General Committee of the Army regarding an address and petition to Congress]
Instructions to the committee chosen to present grievances of the Massachusetts Line to Congress: "we have nominated you to represent us at Congress, in matters of the most interesting Nature We wish you to inforce our address in the most modest terms, yet in that firm and steady manner that is expressive of the Character of Officers; and the Justice our requisitions demand."
