The document outlines Elisabeth Noble's sale of a tract of land in Connecticut to Philip Livingston. Signed by both Elisabeth Noble and Philip Livingston. Following the indenture on p.4, there is a note signed by John Ashley, 15 May 1735, with an additional statement concerning the indenture. This is followed by a statement renewing the indenture, 26 May 1735, signed by George Wyllys, Secretary. Docketed on p.4.
