Moe visited Mrs. Malcolm's other daughter Carol in the hospital. He also went to Scarbourough, had lobster, and took the girls out for Chinese.

Moe has read that they won't discharge men over 35 but doesn't know if they will send these men overseas. He thinks it's funny that Sylvia doesn't identify the kind of meat she ate at Mad's in an earlier letter.

Moe went to the movies with Abe and Jack, they then had ice cream and cokes. He says he sympathizes with Sylvia on the slowness of the mail, and congratulates her on her new pen.

Moe went out with the boys. They found a cafe and ate and drank. Afterwards they went to a park where a lieutenant stopped by and struck up a conversation.

Moe went out with Marty and Jack again. Otherwise he did not do much. had a few cakes, and then sat and talked, enjoying the weather.

Moe describes his last day in Switzerland. They went to Basel, and found a cafe where they had cheese sandwiches and beer, they also found a chocolate shop. He finally had to catch the train back to camp. Written at Camp Boston
