He has lawsuits pending against him and say "honour" compels him to stay in Boston. "Prison" might be his home as a result. Flucker seems to imply he might be able to escape with the assistance of Knox. Signature has been cut out of the document.

Knox demands that Flucker return to Thomaston "immediately" if Flucker does not get on the Constitution. Flucker is not "to stay in Boston one day."
