One letter from Eric M. Newman to Congressman Carlos J. Moorhead dated November 13, 1974. This letter follows the resignation of President Nixon. Newman asks for a justification for voting against H. Res. 803 (vote for subpoena). "I realize that impeachment is a dead and buried issue now, but I was wondering if you could tell me why, at that time, you voted against having an impeachment inquiry."
