One letter from J. Parsons to Congressman Carlos J. Moorhead dated December 13, 1973. Parsons supports the impeachment of President Nixon. The letter lists grievances towards Nixon's administration and questions if Gerald Ford is capable of being president. They write, "As a Republican, it would seem you would be willing to disassociate yourself from this most questionable man who has brought scorn upon your party. Is it a wonder that new voters in this state register nearly 4-1 Democrat or Republican?"
