Concerns the cession of Winnebago reservation land granted in a previous treaty (see GLC08055.43) and the remuneration they will receive. Authorized by President Franklin Pierce. Treaty arranged by George W. Manypenny, Commissioner on the part of the United States, and the Winnebago leaders on 27 February 1855 (and ratified on 23 March 1855).
