Duplicate of GLC02437.03205. Written and signed for Knox in the hand of Samuel Shaw. Recounts all the dealings between Knox, Webber, Samuel Shaw, and the firm of Broome & Platt. Broome & Platt owe money to Webber, who is in England, and Knox and Shaw have negotiated terms of repayment of the debt.
