Title: Resolve on the Petition of the Selectmen of Penobscot
Part of an address, directed toward Henry Knox, is visible on verso. Refers to a petition filed to the General Court by the Selectman of the towns of Penobscot, Sedgwick, and others, which asserts the rights and entitlements of each settler. Goes on to define who counts as a "settler" and how much land each settler is entitled to.
