Meade's orders. Thinks the move was intended so they could take possession of Fredericksburg Heights. Writes, "we get all the Papers here, and had a full Report of the dedication ceremonies," referring to the Dedication of the Soldiers' National Cemetery 19 November 1863 (where Lincoln gave the Gettysburg Address).
