Augsberger tells Ardena that he misses her and is glad that he has a picture of her to comfort him. He says he received a letter from Ruby Hall, and was very surprised. He writes, "But that just goes to show you. You don't know what is going to happen next." He asks Ardena to forgive him for not writing as much but he has been very busy lately. He sends his love and closes the letter.
