Signed by Walker, commander of Company B, 9th Louisiana Volunteers. Lists the names and designations of eight soldiers, and the clothing they received. Includes each of their signatures in the form of a mark, "x." Walker signs as a witness.
The 63rd U.S. Colored Troops were organized 11 March 1864 from the 9th Louisiana Infantry (African Descent).
