Copies of two resolves. The first offers the thanks of Congress to General R. Howe for the manner in which he conducted the inquiry into the Pennsylvania Line mutiny; the second resolves to transmit the former to George Washington and have him relay Congress's satisfaction with the service of the men serving under Howe. Written in the hand of Washington's aide-de-camp Benjamin Walker, and originally enclosed with GLC02437.09390.
